We aim to improve and develop each girl, moving at a comfortable pace and honing skills that will form the bedrock of your child’s cricket. The sessions will be technical but fun, in an environment that is safe and friendly, and boy free! - Batting Overview on set up, grip, stance. Bobble feed drives to strengthen basic skills Pull shot Power hitting Sweep shots - Bowling Overview of the bowling action Drills to strengthen basic skills, including bowling off the correct feet, alignment and straight arm Spin bowling – grips and flight and lines Swing bowling – grips and alignment - Fielding Catching – Flat, high and reaction Ground fielding – attacking the ball, one handed pick up, retrieve Throwing technique
